His Sheltering Arms, Inc. (HSA) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit PTSD Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Treatment Program serving in the greater Los Angeles Area for over 33 years. HSA is committed to developing and/or enhancing needed treatment and vocational skills for women and women with children. It is our vision to provide women with quality treatment, the tools to embrace long-lasting sobriety and quality care.
HSA provides services such as a residential program and parenting classes. It is our vision to provide a clean and safe living environment, which is conducive for growth and empowerment with the hope of bridging barriers to help them achieve a wholesome and productive life.

Provide comprehensive, culturally competent, evidence-based Trauma-Focused Substance Use Disorder/Mental Health Treatment to Women and their families.
Provide housing and services in a safe, clean environment, which promotes holistic wellness, mutual respect and dignity with unbiased compassion.
Encourage and empowered women to live with integrity, strength and structure in their daily lives.
Promote mental and physical health, through quality nutrition, fitness and responsible choices in life.
Establish and cultivate a life of interdependence and self-sufficiency.
The restoration of women (and their families) by educating, empowering, equipping, and enlightenment.
